There are times in our lives when we are lost, overwhelmed and unable to find our way. Help and healing can come when someone is willing to enter into that experience and join with us to find a path through. I would be honored to enter into your experience and provide a genuine and collaborative space for healing and growth to take place.
My practice welcomes females ages 14 and older focusing on the areas of anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, parenting, career choice or transition and physical wellness. I draw from person-centered, acceptance and commitment and mindfulness approaches in my work with clients.
