I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)/National Certified Counselor (NCC) in Meridian, Idaho, who has worked in the mental health field for 21 years. As a therapist, I have been able to work with adults in inpatient substance abuse, with teenagers in residential group homes, with community mental health, and with school-based mental health services. I have been so fortunate to have had these opportunities and now dedicate my time to my private practice at Cherry Lane Counseling in Meridian.
Areas of Focus in Therapy
My main focus is on men’s issues, teen boys’ issues, and performance psychology (achieving optimal performance in sports or any domain with a performance component).
To get the most out of therapy, YOU have to be fully invested. YOU are the most important person in the process, as you are the only expert on yourself. In my view, my job’s not to “fix” you, but to simply be a small part in your success. The absolute best part of my work is seeing people get from mere “potential” to true belief.
